• 本文总结了胃食管反流病相关性哮喘的研究现状，收集了近年关于胃食管反流病的相关文献，对该病的呼吸道表现如咳嗽、哮喘等的发病机制做了综述。结论    为胃食管反流病可诱发哮喘等呼吸道症状，部分哮喘患者也伴有胃食管反流，二者相互影响，其因果关系需进一步研究。

• This article reviewed literatures of gastroesophageal reflux disease and summarized the pathogenic mechanisms of typical respiratory symptoms such as cough and asthma. In conclusion, gastroesophageal reflux disease and asthma may influence each other.
