多糖铁复合物胶囊联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠缺铁性贫血的效果分析

• 【摘要】目的    探讨多糖铁复合物胶囊联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠缺铁性贫血的效果。方法    选取2014年2月至2018年1月于北京大学深圳医院门诊立卡、定期产检的妊娠缺铁性贫血孕妇128例作为研究对象。将患者按照采取的治疗方法不同完全随机分为观察组与对照组，各64例。对照组口服复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗。观察组在对照组基础上口服多糖铁复合物胶囊治疗。2组孕妇均给药至分娩前停药。比较2组患者治疗总有效率、治疗前后血液学指标变化及孕妇和新生儿预后情况。结果    观察组治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组［98.4%（63/64）比87.5%（56/64）］(P＜0.05)。治疗后，2组红细胞计数、血细胞比容与血清铁蛋白水平均明显高于治疗前，且观察组明显高于对照组［（3.7±0.7）×1012/L比（3.2±0.8）×1012/L、（35±5）%比（30±7）%、（24.6±2.9）μg/L比（20.9±3.1）μg/L］(均P＜0.05)。所有孕妇均顺利完成分娩。观察组妊娠期高血压、胎膜早破、产后出血、产褥期感染等总并发症发生率明显低于对照组，顺产率明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。所有新生儿均存活。观察组早产儿、低出生体质量儿、巨大儿、新生儿窒息等总不良预后发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论    多糖铁复合物胶囊联合复方硫酸亚铁叶酸片治疗妊娠缺铁性贫血能改善孕妇的血液学指标，提高治疗效果，促进母婴预后的改善。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To analyze the efficacy of polysaccharide iron complex capsules combined with compound ferrous sulphate folic acid tablets in treatment of iron deficiency anemia of pregnancy. Methods    From February 2014 to January 2018, 128 pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were enrolled at Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The control group took compound ferrous sulphate folic acid tablets and the observation group took compound ferrous sulphate folic acid tablets plus polysaccharide iron complex capsules until delivery. Total effective rate, hematological indexes, prognosis of the women and newborns were analyzed. Results    Total therapeutic effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group［98.4%（63/64） vs 87.5%（56/64）］(P＜0.05). After treatment, red blood cell count, hematocrit and serum ferritin level were significantly higher than those before treatment in both groups and there were significant differences between observation group and control group［（3.7±0.7）×1012/L vs （3.2±0.8）×1012/L, （35±5）% vs （30±7）%， （24.6±2.9）μg/L vs （20.9±3.1）μg/L］(P＜0.05). All women successfully finished delivery and all infants survived. Incidences of pregnancy-induced hypertension, premature rupture of membranes, postpartum hemorrhage and puerperal infection in observation group were significantly lower and spontaneous delivery rate was significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05). Incidences of preterm birth, low birth weight, giant infant and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion    Polysaccharide iron complex capsules combined with compound ferrous sulphate folic acid tablets treating iron deficiency anemia of pregnancy can improve hematological indexes and promote health recovery of mothers and babies.
