• 【摘要】作为马克思主义哲学的核心思想，辩证思维方法在当今社会各个领域均有重要的指导意义。在医学临床实践及临床教学领域同样需要马克思主义哲学唯物主义辩证思维的指导。在当前“生物-心理-社会”医学模式背景下，除了学习理论知识，医学研究生还应该注重加强自身科学思维方式的培养，特别是辩证思维方式。本文从辨证思维的定义、辩证思维在医学中的体现以及辩证思维中运动与发展的观点、矛盾对立统一的观点、系统和整体的观点在医学中的应用等方面分析与论述辩证思维在医学临床实践中的重要意义。最终期望在这一思维方法的引导下广大医学研究生能够在现在和将来的临床工作中把理论知识付诸于鲜活实践，依照严谨的诊疗思维，为患者选择优化的治疗策略，更好地为人民群众的健康服务。

• 【Abstract】As the core of Marxist philosophy, dialectical thinking plays a very important role in each field of the society. Medical work and education also need it. Under the background of the bio-psycho-social medical model, medical postgraduates should learn theoretical knowledge and also develop the mode of scientific thinking, especially dialectical thinking. This paper discussed the significance of dialectical thinking in clinical practice from the definition of dialectical thinking, the embodiment of dialectical thinking in medicine, the viewpoint of movement and development, the viewpoint of unity of opposites and contradictions, and the application of systematic and holistic viewpoints in medicine. It is hoped that the guidance of dialectical thinking mode may help medical graduate students put theoretical knowledge into clinical work, choose the optimal treatment strategy for patients, and provide good serve for people′s health.
