• 【摘要】腹腔恶性肿瘤因其肿瘤特性导致了其在就诊时大部分已处于晚期阶段，手术治疗及全身化疗效果欠佳，而腹腔热灌注化疗的出现明显延长了患者的生存期，并改善了生活质量。本文就腹腔热灌注化疗在腹腔恶性肿瘤的应用进展综述如下。

• 【Abstract】Most malignant abdominal tumors are diagnosed in the terminal stage; surgical treatment and systemic chemotherapy have lost the effectiveness. Intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy can prolong the survival time and improve the life quality. This paper summarized the progress of intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant abdominal tumors.
