• 【摘要】寨卡病毒是目前国内外学者的研究热点。2013—2014年法属波利尼西亚暴发了大规模寨卡病毒感染，患者神经系统并发症发生率显著增加，并报道了第1例寨卡病毒感染相关的吉兰-巴雷综合征（ZIKV-GBS），之后越来越多的研究表明寨卡病毒与吉兰-巴雷综合征的发病有关。本文从寨卡病毒的发现、病毒特性、流行病学、传播途径、感染后一般临床表现、实验室诊断以及ZIKV-GBS临床表现、电生理、抗体和神经影像研究等着手，综述了ZIKV-GBS的研究现状、目前所面临的困难及将来的展望，希望能为国内学者进一步了解ZIKV-GBS提供帮助。

• 【Abstract】Zika virus is a research hotspot around the world. A massive outbreak of Zika virus infection occurred in French Polynesia in 2013—2014; the incidence of neurological complications increased significantly. Since the first case of Guillain-Barré syndrome associated with Zika virus infection(ZIKV-GBS) was reported, more and more studies have indicated that Zika virus is related to the onset of Guillain-Barré syndrom. This article reviewed the discovery of Zika virus, virus characteristics, epidemiology, transmission routes, general clinical manifestations after infection, laboratory diagnosis, and clinical manifestations, electrophysiology, antibodies and neuroimaging of ZIKV-GBS, elaborated the research status, difficulties and future prospects, hope to help domestic scholars to further understand ZIKV-GBS.
