• 【摘要】目的    探讨电磁定位引导下穿刺技术在单纯性肾囊肿硬化治疗中的应用价值。方法    选取2015年9月至2018年3月到唐山市人民医院治疗的单纯性肾囊肿72例患者作为研究对象，应用随机抽签法将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组36例。对照组采用CT引导穿刺法治疗，观察组应用电磁定位引导下经皮肾穿刺治疗，比较2组患者一次性穿刺成功率、穿刺进针次数、CT扫描次数、治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果    观察组一次性穿刺成功率明显高于对照组［100.0%(36/36)比80.6%(29/36)］，穿刺进针次数和CT扫描次数明显少于对照组［（1.00±0.00）次比（1.25±0.55）次，（2.00±0.00）次比（2.25±0.55）次］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。观察组治愈率和并发症发生率与对照组比较［94.4%（34/36）比91.7%（33/36）、11.1%（4/36）比13.9%（5/36）］，差异均无统计学意义（均P＞0.05）。结论    电磁定位引导下穿刺技术应用于肾囊肿硬化治疗安全有效，可增加一次性穿刺成功率，减少穿刺次数，降低放射曝光次数。

• 【Abstract】Objective    To explore the application value of electromagnetic localization guidance in puncture and sclerotherapy of renal cysts. Methods    Seventy-two patients with simple renal cysts were enrolled at Tangshan People′s Hospital from September 2015 to March 2018. The patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CT-guided puncture; the observation group was treated with electromagnetic localization guided puncture. One-time success rate of puncture, puncture times, CT scanning times, therapeutic effect and complications were analyzed. Results    One-time success rate of puncture in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group［100.0%(36/36) vs 80.6%(29/36)］; puncture times and CT scanning times in observation group were significantly less than those in control group［（1.00±0.00） vs （1.25±0.55）， （2.00±0.00） vs （2.25±0.55）］（all P＜0.05）. There was no significant difference of the cure rate and complication rate between observation group and control group［94.4%（34/36） vs 91.7%（33/36）, 11.1%（4/36） vs 13.9%（5/36）］（both P＞0.05）. Conclusion    Electromagnetic localization guided puncture is safe and effective in sclerotherapy treatment of renal cysts; it can improve the one-time success rate of puncture, reduce puncture times and radiation exposure.
