• 摘要：

• 铜绿假单胞菌是极为常见的条件致病菌，也是院内感染的主要致病菌之一。铜绿假单胞菌生物被膜形成过程中合成和分泌大量藻酸盐，可对抗机体免疫防御机制和抗菌药物的敏感度，导致难治性感染。本文将对藻酸盐的结构、致病机制以及目前研究涉及的潜在治疗策略进行综述，以期对铜绿假单胞菌感染的治疗提供参考。 

• Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PA) is a very common opportunistic pathogen and one of the main pathogens in nosocomial infections. In the process of biofilm formation pseudomonas aeruginosa can synthesize and secrete a large amount of alginate, which can resist the immune defense mechanism and the sensitivity of antibiotics, leading to refractory infectin. This paper will review the structure, pathogenic mechanism of alginate and the current treatment strategies of alginate in order to provide some help for the treatment of PA infection.
