高血压伴失眠的发病机制及与气郁质关联的研究进展

• 摘要：

• 高血压是心血管系统常见疾病，可导致心血管事件增加。不仅如此，高血压患者常伴有失眠，其发病机制与自主神经功能紊乱及下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴分泌失调有关。气郁质与中医肝系疾病密切相关，肝脏功能失调也是导致高血压和失眠的主要原因。本文对高血压伴失眠的发病机制及与气郁质的关系进行综述。

• Hypertension is a common disease of the cardiovascular system, which can lead to an increase in cardiovascular events. Moreover, hypertensive patients are often accompanied by insomnia, and its pathogenesis is associated with autonomic nervous dysfunction and dysregulation of hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis  secretion. Qi-depression constitution is closely related to liver diseases in traditional Chinese medicine, and liver dysfunction is also the main cause of hypertension and insomnia. This paper reviews the pathogenesis of hypertension complicated with insomnia and its relationship with Qi-depression.
