• 肾细胞癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤，局部进展期肾细胞癌常伴有静脉癌栓，部分患者的癌栓可延伸至下腔静脉。2017年美国癌症联合委员会提出的TNM分期将T3期肾细胞癌定义为静脉系统癌栓、肾窦和/或肾周脂肪浸润，关于其对预后的评估价值存在较多争议。充分合理地利用多种影像学检查及参数有助于在术前对不同局限性侵犯肾细胞癌患者进行预后评估。本文总结了T3期肾细胞癌的预后相关研究，以及多种影像学检查及参数对伴静脉癌栓患者预后评估价值的研究进展。

• Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a common malignant tumor of the urinary system. Locally advanced RCC is often accompanied by venous cancer thrombus, which can extend to the inferior vena cava in some patients. TNM staging system, proposed by American Joint Committeeon Cancer in 2017, classifies stage T3 RCC as venous system tumor thrombus, renal sinus and/or perirenal fat invasion, and there are many controversies regarding its prognostic value. Reasonable use of multiple imaging examinations and parameters is helpful for preoperatively prognostic evaluation in patients with different localized RCC. This article reviews the research progress in related prognostic research of stage T3 RCC and the value of various imaging examinations and parameters in evaluating the prognosis of patients with venous tumor thrombus.
