  • 目的  探讨子宫内膜异位症患者哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)信号通路相关蛋白的表达。方法 选取2019年8月至2022年1月在新疆医科大学第五附属医院诊治的子宫内膜异位症患者72例作为子宫内膜异位症组,选取同期进行妇科手术得到正常子宫内膜病理组织患者72例作为对照组。取2组患者的子宫内膜上皮组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测mTOR信号通路相关蛋白表达水平。比较2组子宫内膜上皮组织磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)蛋白、蛋白激酶B(Akt)蛋白、mTOR表达阳性率并分析其与子宫内膜异位症发生的相关性。结果 子宫内膜异位症组患者子宫内膜上皮组织中PI3K蛋白、Akt蛋白、mTOR表达阳性率均高于对照组[76.4%(55/72)比18.1%(13/72)、72.2%(52/72)比20.8%(15/72)、70.8%(51/72)比22.2%(16/72)](均P<0.001)。144例患者中,子宫内膜上皮组织PI3K蛋白、Akt蛋白、mTOR表达阳性率与子宫内膜异位症的发生均呈正相关(r=0.633、P<0.001;r=0.597、P=0.003;r=0.601、P<0.001)。结论 子宫内膜异位症患者的子宫内膜上皮组织mTOR信号通路相关蛋白呈现高表达,PI3K蛋白、Akt蛋白、mTOR表达阳性率与子宫内膜异位症的发生均呈正相关。

  • Objective To investigate expressions of mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) signaling pathway related proteins in patients with endometriosis. Methods From August 2019 to January 2022, 72 patients with endometriosis admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected as the endometriosis group, and 72 patients with normal endometrial pathological tissues obtained from gynecological surgery in the hospital were selected as the control group. The endometrial epithelial tissues of the two groups were taken, and expressions of mTOR signaling pathway related proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry. The positive rates of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) protein, protein kinase B (Akt) protein and mTOR expression in endometrial epithelial tissues were compared between the two groups, and their correlation with the occurrence of endometriosis was analyzed. Results The positive rates of PI3K protein, Akt protein and mTOR expression in endometrial epithelial tissues of endometriosis group were higher than those of control group [76.4%(55/72) vs 18.1%(13/72), 72.2%(52/72) vs 20.8%(15/72), 70.8%(51/72) vs 22.2%(16/72)] (all P<0.001). Among 144 patients, the positive rates of PI3K protein, Akt protein and mTOR expression in endometrial epithelial tissues were positively correlated with the occurrence of endometriosis (r=0.633,P<0.001;r=0.597,P=0.003;r=0.601,P<0.001). Conclusions Patients with endometriosis have high expressions of mTOR signaling pathway related proteins in endometrial epithelial tissues. The positive rates of PI3K protein, Akt protein and mTOR expression are positively correlated to the occurrence of endometriosis.
