• 摘要：

• 慢性脂肪组织的低度炎症是肥胖及其相关代谢障碍发生的主要驱动因素，因此如何改善脂肪组织炎症成为最主要的问题。外泌体对肥胖相关代谢疾病的发展具有调节作用，研究表明，外泌体微小RNA能实现对脂肪组织炎症的调控。本文就外泌体介导的巨噬细胞极化调控肥胖脂肪组织炎症机制进行综述，阐释脂肪组织炎症发病机制，以期为肥胖相关炎症提供治疗思路。

• Chronic adipose tissue inflammation is the main driver of obesity and associated metabolic disorders, so how to improve adipose tissue inflammation has become the main problem. Exosomes have been reported to be involved in macrophage polarization and have a role in regulating inflammation. Therefore, this review focuses on the involvement of exosomes in macrophage polarization to elucidate the pathogenesis of adipose tissue inflammation, elucidating the pathogenesis of adipose tissue inflammation with a view to providing therapeutic ideas for obesity-related inflammation.
