• 摘要：

• 腹腔感染的致病菌以革兰阴性菌为主，一般情况下以混合性感染多见，且近年来厌氧菌感染（如脆弱芽孢杆菌）比例逐年升高，临床工作者必须在抗菌治疗中覆盖厌氧菌。对于腹腔感染抗厌氧菌的抗菌药物疗法，各国指南并无统一明确的抗感染方案，且由于耐药菌的出现，让抗菌治疗更加艰难。本文主要综述了临床上各类常用的抗菌药物治疗腹腔厌氧菌感染患者的疗效，以期为临床提供参考。

• The main pathogens of intra-abdominal infection are Gram-negative bacteria, and generally mixed infection is more common. In recent years, the proportion of anaerobic infections (such as Bacillus fragilis) has been found to increase year by year, and clinicians must cover anaerobic bacteria in antibacterial treatment. For intra-abdominal infection, there is no unified and clear anti-infective regimen in the guidelines of various countries, and the emergence of drug-resistant bacteria makes antimicrobial therapy even more difficult. This article mainly reviews the clinical efficacy of various commonly used antibiotics in the treatment of patients with abdominal anaerobic bacteria infection, in order to provide reference for clinical practice.
