益心酮片联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床研究

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨益心酮片联合阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的效果。方法 选取2021年5月至2024年5月内蒙古医科大学附属医院收治的102例高脂血症患者，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，各51例。对照组以阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，观察组在对照组基础上增加益心酮片治疗。比较2组临床疗效、血脂指标、血管内皮功能、血液流变学指标及治疗安全性。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组［92.2%（47/51）比74.5%（38/51）］，差异有统计学意义（P=0.017）。治疗后，观察组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、二甲基精氨酸、血管内皮素1、全血黏度、血浆黏度、纤维蛋白原、血细胞比容水平均低于对照组，高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P=0.505）。结论 益心酮片与阿托伐他汀联合治疗高脂血症效果较好，可显著降低患者血脂水平，改善患者血管内皮功能，降低血液黏度，且治疗安全性良好。

• Objective To investigate the effect of Yixintong tablets combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia. Methods A total of 102 patients with hyperlipidemia admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University from May 2021 to May 2024 were selected. According to the random number table method, they were divided into observation group and control group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets, and the observation group was treated with Yixintong tablets on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood lipid index, vascular endothelial function, hemorheology index and treatment safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［92.2%(47/51) vs 74.5%(38/51)］(P=0.017). After treatment, the levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, dimethylargenine, endothelin-1, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, fibrinogen and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol was higher than that in the control group (all P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P=0.505). Conclusion The effect of Yixintong tablets combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia is good, which can significantly reduce the blood lipid level of patients, improve the vascular endothelial function of patients, reduce blood viscosity, and the treatment safety is good.
