三伏贴联合九味固金胶囊对支气管哮喘缓解期患者免疫功能的改善作用分析

• 摘要：

• 目的 分析三伏贴联合九味固金胶囊对支气管哮喘缓解期患者免疫功能的改善作用。方法 选取2023年1月至2024年12月山西省中医院收治的103例支气管哮喘缓解期患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（51例）和观察组（52例）。对照组给予布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉雾剂治疗；观察组在对照组基础上给予三伏贴联合九味固金胶囊治疗。2组均连续治疗30 d。比较2组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、病情控制程度、炎症及免疫指标。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组［94.2%（49/52）比80.4%（41/51）］，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.471，P=0.034）。治疗后，2组患者中医证候积分、嗜酸性粒细胞、呼出气一氧化氮、高敏C反应蛋白、免疫球蛋白E水平均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组，2组哮喘控制测试评分、免疫球蛋白A水平均高于治疗前，且观察组均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。结论 三伏贴联合九味固金胶囊辅助治疗支气管哮喘缓解期患者可有效改善中医证候与病情控制情况，临床效果确切，减轻患者炎症反应，调节免疫功能。

• Objective To analyze the improving effect of Sanfu plaster combined with Jiuwei Gujin capsules on immune function in patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage. Methods A total of 103 patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage admitted to Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (51 cases) and observation group (52 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with budesonide and formoterol fumarate powder for inhalation, while the observation group was treated with Sanfu plaster combined with Jiuwei Gujin capsules on the basis of the control group. Both groups received continuous treatment for 30 d. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, disease control status, inflammatory and immune indicators were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［94.2%(49/52) vs 80.4%(41/51)］(χ2=4.471, P=0.034). After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, eosinophil, fractional exhaled nitric oxide, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and immunoglobulin E levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group; the asthma control test scores and immunoglobulin A levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (all P＜0.05). Conclusion Sanfu plaster combined with Jiuwei Gujin capsules in adjuvant therapy of patients with bronchial asthma in remission stage can effectively improve TCM syndromes and disease control, with definite clinical efficacy, reduce inflammatory response and regulate immune function.
