超声波联合膀胱灌注治疗紫色尿袋综合征1例

• 摘要：

• 紫色尿袋综合征是一种临床罕见病症，其发病机制尚未完全明确，目前缺乏系统有效的治疗方法。超声波治疗联合膀胱灌注作为一种新型治疗手段，在改善膀胱局部循环、减轻炎症反应及促进组织修复方面具有潜在优势。本文报道1例因颈椎骨折伴全瘫长期留置导尿管后发生紫色尿袋综合征的患者，以供临床参考。采用超声波联合膀胱灌注治疗，记录治疗前后尿袋颜色、尿常规指标及尿液性状变化。治疗1周后，患者尿袋紫色消失，尿液颜色变浅，絮状物减少，细菌计数下降，尿臭味消失，症状显著改善。

• Purple urine bag syndrome is a rare clinical condition with an incompletely clarified pathogenesis, and there is currently a lack of systematic and effective treatment methods. As a novel therapeutic approach, ultrasound combined with bladder irrigation has potential advantages in improving local bladder circulation, reducing inflammatory responses, and promoting tissue repair. This article reports a case of purple urine bag syndrome in a patient with long-term indwelling urinary catheterization due to cervical spine fracture complicated by complete paralysis, aiming to provide clinical reference. Ultrasound combined with bladder irrigation was adopted, and changes in urine bag color, routine urine test indicators, and urine properties were recorded before and after treatment. After 1 week of treatment, the purple color of the patient′s urine bag disappeared, the urine color lightened, flocculent substances decreased, bacterial count dropped, urine odor vanished, and the symptoms improved significantly.
