• 摘要：

• 经导管主动脉瓣置换术（TAVR）已成为治疗重度主动脉瓣狭窄的重要方法。术后随访中，超声心动图作为无创、可重复的影像学技术发挥着至关重要的作用。本文就超声心动图在TAVR术后随访中的应用价值进行综述，重点讨论了术后超声心动图参数的演变、预后意义及超声心动图在术后瓣膜相关并发症中的评估。

• Transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) has become an important method for the treatment of severe aortic stenosis. During postoperative follow-up, echocardiography plays a crucial role as a non-invasive and repeatable imaging technique. This article reviews the application value of echocardiography in follow-up after TAVR, focusing on the evolution of postoperative echocardiographic parameters, their prognostic significance, and the evaluation of valve-related complications by echocardiography.
