• 摘要：

• 高血压与焦虑症、抑郁症、精神分裂症以及双相情感障碍等常见精神心理类疾病之间，呈现出紧密的关联性。然而，当前在高血压与常见精神障碍相互作用机制、相关影响因素以及干预筛查方法等方面，仍缺乏系统性的归纳与总结。因此，本文细致深入地阐述了高血压与精神障碍的病理生理机制及其各类影响因素，揭示了高血压与常见精神障碍之间的联系。在此基础上，系统总结了国内外在慢性病管理领域所采取的一系列干预和诊疗措施，旨在为构建高血压与精神障碍共病的创新管理模式寻找新的思路和途径，为临床提供更为系统全面的参考依据，以期优化管理策略，减少共病的发生，提高患者的生命质量。

• Hypertension is closely associated with common mental disorders such as anxiety disorder, depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. However, systematic summaries are still lacking regarding the interaction mechanisms, related influencing factors and intervention and screening methods of hypertension and common mental disorders. Therefore, this paper elaborates on the pathophysiological mechanisms and various influencing factors of hypertension and mental disorders in detail, revealing the association between hypertension and common mental disorders. On this basis, it systematically summarizes a series of intervention, diagnosis and treatment measures adopted in the field of chronic disease management at home and abroad, aiming to explore new ideas and approaches for constructing an innovative management model for comorbidity of hypertension and mental disorders, provide a more systematic and comprehensive reference for clinical practice, optimize management strategies, reduce the incidence of comorbidity and improve the quality of life of patients.
