罕见直肠混合性腺神经内分泌癌1例诊治体会并文献复习

• 摘要：

• 结直肠混合性腺神经内分泌癌（MANEC）是消化道罕见类型肿瘤，其中腺癌和神经内分泌癌2种成分应至少各占30%。MANEC发病率低，恶性程度高，侵袭性强，易较早发生远处转移，预后差，加上临床上对其认识不足，早期及精确的组织病理学诊断是进行个体化多学科综合治疗的重要依据。现报道1例MANEC患者的诊治体会，并结合文献进行复习讨论，供临床交流。

• Mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma (MANEC) of the colorectum is a rare type of gastrointestinal tumor, in which both adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine carcinoma components should each account for at least 30%. MANEC is characterized by low incidence, high malignancy, strong invasiveness, early distant metastasis and poor prognosis. In addition, due to insufficient clinical understanding, early and accurate histopathological diagnosis is an important basis for individualized multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment. The diagnosis and treatment experience of 1 patient with MANEC is reported, and a literature review and discussion are conducted for clinical reference.
