• 摘要：

• 结直肠癌作为全球高发的消化道恶性肿瘤，其发病机制复杂，且患者预后较差。目前，临床常规治疗面临多药耐药、高转移复发率及严重毒副作用等严峻挑战。核因子E2相关因子2（Nrf2）信号通路是细胞抗氧化应激的核心调控枢纽，在结直肠癌中介导肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭与转移，是逆转结直肠癌多药耐药的关键靶点。中医药防治结直肠癌具有多成分、多靶点、整体调节的独特优势，在抑制肿瘤、逆转耐药及改善预后方面潜力显著。近年研究结果表明，多种中药活性成分及复方能够调节Nrf2信号通路，诱导铁死亡与凋亡，抑制迁移并逆转耐药。本文系统梳理Nrf2信号通路在结直肠癌中的作用，以期为中医药防治结直肠癌提供思路和参考。

• As a highly prevalent gastrointestinal malignant tumor worldwide, colorectal cancer has a complex pathogenesis and poor prognosis. At present, conventional clinical treatment faces severe challenges such as multidrug resistance, high metastasis and recurrence rate, and serious toxic side effects. Nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) signaling pathway is the core regulatory hub of cellular antioxidant stress, which mediates tumor cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis in colorectal cancer and is a key target for reversing multidrug resistance in colorectal cancer. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer with multi-component, multi-target and overall regulation, and shows significant potential in inhibiting tumors, reversing drug resistance and improving prognosis. Recent studies have shown that a variety of active ingredients and compounds of traditional Chinese medicine can regulate the Nrf2 signaling pathway, induce ferroptosis and apoptosis, inhibit migration and reverse drug resistance. This paper systematically reviews the role of the Nrf2 signaling pathway in colorectal cancer, aiming to provide ideas and references for the prevention and treatment of colorectal cancer with traditional Chinese medicine.
