传统的内镜下黏膜剥离术因术前检查时间长、剥离速度慢、并发症发生率高、手术医师的水平差异而在临床使用中受到限制。人工智能可以提供病灶的准确诊断与评估、精准术前准备与决策、智能辅助牵引等,辅助临床医师快速而安全的手术操作。同时,人工智能也能辅助进行病理诊断、教学培训、并发症的预测及术后管理等工作。本文对人工智能在内镜下黏膜剥离术中的应用现状和研究进展进行综述,旨在改变目前临床诊疗模式,为智能化内镜下黏膜剥离术提供新范式。
Traditional endoscopic submucosal dissection is limited in clinical use due to long preoperative examination time, slow dissection speed, high incidence of complications, and differences in the level of surgeons. Artificial intelligence can provide accurate diagnosis and evaluation of lesions, accurate preoperative preparation and decision-making, intelligent traction, etc., to assist clinicians in fast and safe surgical operations. At the same time, artificial intelligence can also assist in pathological diagnosis, teaching and training, prediction of complications and postoperative management. This article reviews the application status and research progress of artificial intelligence in endoscopic submucosal dissection, aiming to change the current clinical diagnosis and treatment mode and provide a new paradigm for intelligent endoscopic submucosal dissection.
