• 摘要：

• 在中国，通常将体重指数超过28 kg/m2定义为肥胖，作为全球第五大死亡原因，其防治成效直接影响国民健康水平。近年来研究表明，代谢适应与肥胖人群减肥后的体重反弹密切相关，本文就肥胖管理中的代谢适应、脂肪细胞记忆效应、基因调控、心理因素、环境致胖效应等多重难点及综合干预策略进行综述，以期为基层肥胖防治提供参考。

• In China, body mass index over 28 kg/m2 is usually defined as obesity. Obesity is the fifth leading cause of death in the world, and its prevention and treatment effects directly affect the national health level. Recent studies have shown that metabolic adaptation is closely related to weight regain after weight loss in obese people. This article reviews the multiple difficulties and comprehensive intervention strategies in obesity management, such as metabolic adaptation, adipocyte memory effect, gene regulation, psychological factors, and environmental obesity-inducing effect, in order to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of obesity in the grassroots.
