• 摘要：

• 脓毒症作为临床最常见的危重症疾病之一，每年导致大量患者死亡，并消耗大量医疗资源。脓毒症进展过程的核心是机体免疫系统反应失调，近年来，基于血常规指标衍生出来的一系列新型免疫炎症标志物在脓毒症的诊断、治疗及预后评估上发挥重要作用，对于及时指导脓毒症的精准治疗，提高脓毒症患者的临床疗效以及早期预警器官功能衰竭至关重要。本文针对血常规的新型免疫炎症标志物与脓毒症的相关性研究进展进行综述。

• Sepsis, as one of the most common clinical critical diseases, leads to the death of a large number of patients every year and consumes a large number of medical resources. The core of the progression of sepsis is the immune system response. In recent years, a series of new immune-inflammatory markers derived from blood routine indicators play an important role in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of sepsis, which are crucial for timely guidance of accurate treatment of sepsis, improvement of clinical efficacy of patients with sepsis, and early warning of organ failure. This article reviews the research progress on the correlation between new immune-inflammatory markers in blood routine and sepsis.
