• 摘要：

• 脓毒症是全球范围内导致高死亡率的疾病之一，微循环功能障碍则是其发展至脓毒性休克阶段的关键病理环节。氢溴酸山莨菪碱是一种从天然植物中提取的生物碱，具有抗炎、抗氧化和改善微循环的多重药理作用。本文综述了脓毒性休克中微循环障碍的病理生理学机制，探讨了氢溴酸山莨菪碱对脓毒性休克微循环障碍的保护作用及其潜在机制，并总结了其在临床应用中的研究进展。研究表明，氢溴酸山莨菪碱可通过多靶点机制改善微循环功能，减轻器官损伤，提高脓毒性休克患者的生存率，具有重要的临床应用前景。

• Sepsis is one of the diseases leading to high mortality worldwide, and microcirculation dysfunction is the key pathological link in the development of sepsis to septic shock. Anisodamine hydrobromide is an alkaloid extracted from natural plants with multiple pharmacological effects of anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidative and microcirculation improvement. This article reviews the pathophysiological mechanism of microcirculation dysfunction in septic shock, discusses the protective effect and potential mechanism of anisodamine hydrobromide on microcirculation dysfunction in septic shock, and summarizes its research progress in clinical application. Studies have shown that anisodamine hydrobromide can improve microcirculation function, reduce organ damage and improve the survival rate of patients with septic shock through multi-target mechanisms, which has important clinical application prospects.
