  • 随着科技社会的快速发展,人工智能已深入日常生活,成为现代科技的重要成果,也是21世纪最热门的话题之一。在医学领域,人工智能已经涉及方方面面,如疾病诊断、药物研发、患者管理等等。通过深度学习和大数据分析,人工智能可以提高医疗服务的安全性、准确性和效率。人工智能在临床麻醉学中应用非常广泛,有文献报道包括智能化给药系统,预测围手术期不良事件,评估麻醉深度,围手术期超声,建立电子数据病例库,智能化教学等。这使得麻醉医师可以大大提高工作效率。当然,人工智能的发展仍有一些局限性,比如个人数据隐私的保护不够完善,人工智能的机制工作原理的复杂难以理解等。本文将概述人工智能在麻醉学领域的最新应用进展以及仍然面临的挑战。

  • With the rapid development of science and technology society, artificial intelligence has been deeply involved in daily life, becoming an important achievement of modern science and technology, and one of the hottest topics in the 21st century. In the medical field, artificial intelligence has been involved in all aspects, such as disease diagnosis, drug development, patient management, and so on. Through deep learning and big data analysis, artificial intelligence can improve the safety, accuracy and efficiency of medical services. Artificial intelligence is widely used in clinical anesthesia, including intelligent drug delivery system, prediction of perioperative adverse events, evaluation of anesthesia depth, perioperative ultrasound, establishment of electronic data case database, intelligent teaching and so on. This allows anesthesiologists to greatly improve their work efficiency. Of course, the development of artificial intelligence still has some limitations, such as the protection of personal data privacy is not perfect, and the mechanism of artificial intelligence is complex and difficult to understand. This article will summarize the latest application progress of artificial intelligence in the field of anesthesiology and the challenges still facing.
