  • 随着心血管疾病发病率的持续上升,探索更具综合预测价值的生物标志物成为临床研究热点。血尿酸与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比值(UHR)是一项新型复合血清学指标,其将血尿酸与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇相结合。与传统单一指标相比,UHR不仅克服了单项数据的局限性,还能更综合、动态地反映人体复杂的糖脂代谢失衡及全身性慢性炎症状态。本文系统性整合了UHR与多种心血管疾病相关性的临床研究证据,剖析其背后的病理生理学基础。通过探讨UHR在心血管事件风险分层、早期临床筛查与疾病进展监测中的相关性,评估其作为一项无创、廉价、易获取标志物的临床可行性,以期为进一步优化心血管疾病的管理策略及早期干预靶点提供循证支持。

  • With the continuous rise in the incidence of cardiovascular diseases, exploring biomarkers with higher comprehensive predictive value has become a hotspot in clinical research. The serum uric acid to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (UHR) is a novel composite serological indicator that combines serum uric acid with high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Compared with traditional single indicators, UHR not only overcomes the limitations of individual indexes, but also can more comprehensively and dynamically reflect the complex glucose and lipid metabolism imbalance and systemic chronic inflammatory state in the human body. This paper systematically integrates clinical research evidence on the correlation between UHR and various cardiovascular diseases, and analyzes the underlying pathophysiological basis. By exploring the correlation of UHR in cardiovascular event risk stratification, early clinical screening and disease progression monitoring, this paper evaluates its clinical feasibility as a non-invasive, low-cost and easily accessible biomarker, so as to provide evidence-based support for further optimizing the management strategy and early intervention targets of cardiovascular diseases.
