  • 糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病患者中最常见且严重的并发症,显著影响患者的生活质量和预后。DPN涉及代谢紊乱、氧化应激、炎症反应及神经损伤,其分子机制仍未完全明确。小窝蛋白1是细胞膜小窝的关键结构蛋白,广泛参与细胞信号传导、膜结构调节及代谢过程。研究发现,小窝蛋白1在神经保护、炎症调控及代谢平衡中发挥重要作用,其表达和功能异常与DPN的发生发展密切相关。本文系统综述了小窝蛋白1在DPN中的作用机制及其调控信号通路,分析其作为潜在治疗靶点的价值和研究进展,以期为DPN的机制探讨及临床干预提供新的理论依据和策略支持。

  • Diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) is one of the most common and severe complications in diabetic patients, which significantly affects patients′ quality of life and prognosis. The pathogenesis of DPN involves metabolic disorder, oxidative stress, inflammatory response and nerve injury, and its molecular mechanism remains not fully clarified. Caveolin-1 is a key structural protein of cell membrane caveolae, which is widely involved in cell signal transduction, membrane structure regulation and metabolic processes. Accumulating studies have demonstrated that caveolin-1 plays an important role in neuroprotection, inflammatory regulation and metabolic homeostasis, and its abnormal expression and function are closely associated with the occurrence and progression of DPN. This article systematically reviews the mechanism and regulatory signaling pathways of caveolin-1 in DPN, and analyzes its research progress and value as a potential therapeutic target, aiming to provide new theoretical basis and strategic reference for mechanism exploration and clinical intervention of DPN.
