• 摘要：

• 急性胰腺炎是临床上常见的一种急腹症，大部分预后良好，少部分病情凶险，有一定死亡风险，由本病引发的死亡率达到5%～10%。其中患者死亡的一个重要原因是继发胰周感染，本文把急性胰腺炎继发腹腔感染的发病病因、常见的临床表现及临床诊断标准，以及下一步防治等研究进展作一阐述，从而提高我们对继发性腹腔感染的认识，为临床防治提供思路，从而降低患者死亡率。

• Acute pancreatitis is a common acute abdomen in clinical practice. Most patients have a good prognosis, while a small number of patients suffer from a severe and life-threatening condition with a certain risk of death, and the mortality rate caused by this disease ranges from 5% to 10%. One important cause of death in these patients is secondary peripancreatic infection. This article reviews the research progress on the etiology, common clinical manifestations, clinical diagnostic criteria, and subsequent prevention and treatment of secondary intra-abdominal infection in acute pancreatitis, so as to improve our understanding of secondary intra-abdominal infection, provide ideas for clinical prevention and treatment, and thereby reduce patient mortality.
