• 摘要：

• 复方黄柏液涂剂由黄柏、连翘、金银花、蒲公英、蜈蚣组成，具有抗菌、消炎、促进伤口愈合、增强非特异性免疫力的作用，临床研究报道其可用于治疗妇科阴道炎，具有良好的临床疗效。为进一步规范复方黄柏液涂剂针对复发性阴道炎及混合性阴道炎的临床应用情况，本学会组织相关领域专家撰写本指南共识。在结合循证证据和专家临床经验的基础上，拟解决复方黄柏液涂剂治疗复发性阴道炎、混合性阴道炎的临床疗效、用法用量、安全性等9个临床问题。

• Compound Huangbai liquid coating agent is composed of Phellodendron chinense, Forsythia suspensa, Lonicera japonica, Taraxacum mongolicum and Scolopendra subspinipes. It exerts antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, wound healing-promoting and non-specific immunity-enhancing effects. Clinical studies have reported its favorable clinical efficacy in the treatment of gynecological vaginitis. To further standardize the clinical application of compound Huangbai liquid coating agent in recurrent vaginitis and mixed vaginitis, our association invited experts in relevant fields to formulate this consensus. Based on evidence-based medical evidence and clinical experience of experts, this consensus addresses nine clinical issues including clinical efficacy, administration dosage and safety of compound Huangbai liquid coating agent for recurrent vaginitis and mixed vaginitis.
