舒胸益气汤加减联合养心生脉颗粒对稳定型心绞痛（气阴两虚兼血瘀证）患者相关临床表现的影响

• 摘要：

• 目的 观察舒胸益气汤加减联合养心生脉颗粒治疗稳定型心绞痛（SAP）（气阴两虚兼血瘀证）的效果。方法 选择2022年1月至2024年12月山西省中医院收治的SAP（气阴两虚兼血瘀证）患者102例，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组51例。对照组患者给予常规西药治疗；观察组在对照组基础上给予舒胸益气汤加减联合养心生脉颗粒治疗。比较2组疗效、硝酸甘油停减率、中医证候积分、运动耐量、心功能、氧化应激、不良反应。结果 观察组治疗总有效率、硝酸甘油停减率均高于对照组［90.2%（46/51）比74.5%（38/51）、86.3%（44/51）比54.9%（28/51）］，差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组中医证候积分、丙二醛均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组（均P＜0.05）。治疗后，2组6 min步行试验距离、左心室射血分数、每搏输出量、超氧化物歧化酶均长于/高于治疗前，且观察组均高于对照组（均P＜0.05）。2组不良反应总发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 SAP（气阴两虚兼血瘀证）患者给予舒胸益气汤加减联合养心生脉颗粒能提升疗效、硝酸甘油停减率，减少中医证候积分，改善运动耐量、心功能、氧化应激，且未增加不良反应。

• Objective To observe the efficacy of modified Shuxiong Yiqi decoction combined with Yangxin Shengmai granules in the treatment of stable angina pectoris (SAP) with syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin complicated with blood stasis. Methods A total of 102 SAP patients with syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin complicated with blood stasis admitted to Shanxi Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital from January 2022 to December 2024 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the observation group was additionally given modified Shuxiong Yiqi decoction combined with Yangxin Shengmai granules on the basis of the control group. The curative effect, nitroglycerin withdrawal/reduction rate, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score, exercise tolerance, cardiac function, oxidative stress and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate and nitroglycerin withdrawal/reduction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group ［90.2%(46/51) vs 74.5%(38/51), 86.3%(44/51) vs 54.9%(28/51)］(both P<0.05). After treatment, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and malondialdehyde in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After treatment, 6 min walk test distance, left ventricular ejection fraction, stroke volume and superoxide dismutase in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (all P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Modified Shuxiong Yiqi decoction combined with Yangxin Shengmai granules can improve the curative effect and nitroglycerin withdrawal/reduction rate, reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, ameliorate exercise tolerance, cardiac function and oxidative stress without increasing adverse reactions in SAP patients with syndrome of deficiency of both Qi and Yin complicated with blood stasis.
