• 摘要：

• 冠心病（冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病）是我国城乡居民的首要死因，经皮冠状动脉介入（PCI）术虽能有效恢复血运，但术后仍可能出现再狭窄、残余心绞痛、运动耐量下降及焦虑抑郁等问题，持续影响患者预后。本文以冠心病PCI术后患者群体为核心，综述中医心脏康复疗法在此类患者二级预防中的研究进展，探讨中药疗法、膳食调养、传统运动、吐纳调息及音乐疗法的临床效果和应用场景。现有研究提示，中医相关疗法可能在改善患者症状、运动耐量、心理状态及生活质量方面具有一定的潜在价值，且传统运动在PCI术后人群中的证据相对较多；但总体证据仍以小样本、短随访研究为主，因此目前中医心脏康复相关疗法更适合作为现代心脏康复的补充手段临床应用，其长期获益及最佳联合应用方案仍需进一步研究证实。

• Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is the leading cause of death among urban and rural residents in China. Although percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) can effectively restore blood perfusion, patients may still suffer from in-stent restenosis, residual angina pectoris, decreased exercise tolerance, anxiety and depression after operation, which continuously affect the prognosis. Focusing on patients after PCI for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, this article reviews the research progress of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) cardiac rehabilitation therapy in secondary prevention for such patients, and discusses the clinical efficacy and application scenarios of TCM medication, dietary conditioning, traditional exercises, breathing regulation and music therapy. Existing studies indicate that TCM therapies have potential values in relieving symptoms, improving exercise tolerance, mental state and quality of life, and there is relatively sufficient evidence for traditional exercises in post-PCI populations. However, most available studies are characterized by small sample size and short follow-up duration. At present, TCM cardiac rehabilitation therapies are more suitable to serve as supplementary approaches for modern cardiac rehabilitation. Further studies are required to verify their long-term benefits and optimal combined regimens.
