• 摘要：

• 糖尿病已成为重大公共卫生问题，钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂是一类新型降血糖药物，因其在代谢、心血管和肾脏方面的显著获益而备受关注。然而，近年来亦有许多研究观察到此类药物也存在一定缺陷，如糖尿病患者使用钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂后尿路感染的风险明显增加。本综述将重点介绍钠-葡萄糖协同转运蛋白2抑制剂导致2型糖尿病患者尿路感染的风险、发病机制和高危因素、临床表现及治疗方案，为2型糖尿病患者的有效预防和及时治疗提供参考。

• Diabetes mellitus has become a major public health problem. Sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors are a new class of hypoglycemic agents that have attracted extensive attention due to their significant metabolic, cardiovascular and renal benefits. However, numerous studies in recent years have found certain limitations of these drugs, such as a markedly increased risk of urinary tract infection in diabetic patients after their administration. This review focuses on the risk, pathogenesis, high-risk factors, clinical manifestations and therapeutic regimens of urinary tract infection in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated with sodium-glucose cotransporter 2 inhibitors, aiming to provide a reference for the effective prevention and timely treatment of urinary tract infection in this population.
