百令胶囊联合阿利沙坦酯片治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果研究

• 摘要：

• 目的 探讨百令胶囊和阿利沙坦酯片联合应用于治疗糖尿病肾病（DN）的临床效果，并分析其对肾功能指标变化及炎性因子水平影响。方法 选取上海交通大学医学院附属仁济医院2022年3月至2024年9月诊治的DN患者200例，采用区组随机法分为对照组和观察组，各100例。对照组使用阿利沙坦酯片口服，观察组在对照组基础上联合百令胶囊口服，2组均治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效、肾功能指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组［96.0%（96/100）比80.0%（80/100）］（P<0.001）。治疗3个月后，2组血尿素氮、血肌酐、胱抑素C、尿白蛋白排泄率、β2微球蛋白、24 h尿蛋白定量水平均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗3个月后，2组肿瘤坏死因子α、高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6（IL-6）和IL-8水平均低于治疗前，且观察组均低于对照组（均P<0.05）。治疗期间，2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 百令胶囊和阿利沙坦酯片联合应用于治疗DN患者，可提高临床疗效，改善肾功能，降低炎性因子水平。

• Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Bailing capsules combined with allisartan isoproxil tablets in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN), and to analyze their effects on renal function parameters and inflammatory factor levels. Methods A total of 200 patients with DN admitted to Renji Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine from March 2022 to September 2024 were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group by block randomization, with 100 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral allisartan isoproxil tablets, and the observation group was additionally given oral Bailing capsules on the basis of the control group. Both groups received a 3-month treatment course. The clinical efficacy, renal function indexes, inflammatory factor levels and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ［96.0%(96/100) vs 80.0%(80/100)］(P<0.001). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, cystatin C, urinary albumin excretion rate, β2-microglobulin and 24 h urinary protein quantification in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, interleukin-6 (IL-6) and IL-8 in the two groups were decreased compared with pre-treatment levels, and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P<0.05). During the treatment period, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Bailing capsules and allisartan isoproxil tablets can enhance clinical efficacy, improve renal function and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with DN.
