• 摘要：

• 近年来，超声心肌应变成像技术是一种无创、高效的心功能评估手段，在先天性心脏病(CHD)患儿体外循环矫治术后临床应用发挥重要作用。该技术基于斑点追踪超声心动图，能够定量分析心肌形变能力，并且及时预测术后不良结局的高风险患者，并早期检测亚临床心肌功能障碍。与传统超声指标比较，心肌应变在分析复杂心脏形态和早期功能代偿方面具有足够优势。本文分析了超声心肌应变成像技术的基本原理及其在CHD患儿体外循环矫治术后心功能评估中的研究进展，旨在为优化CHD患儿体外循环矫治术后管理、改善术后远期预后提供理论依据。

• In recent years, ultrasonic myocardial strain imaging, as a non-invasive and efficient method for cardiac function evaluation, plays an important clinical role in children with congenital heart disease (CHD) after corrective surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass. Based on speckle tracking echocardiography, this technique can quantitatively analyze myocardial deformability, timely identify high-risk patients with poor postoperative outcomes, and early detect subclinical myocardial dysfunction. Compared with conventional ultrasonic indicators, myocardial strain presents sufficient advantages in analyzing complex cardiac morphology and early functional compensation. This article elaborates on the basic principle of ultrasonic myocardial strain imaging and its research progress in cardiac function assessment after corrective surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass in CHD children, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing postoperative management and improving long-term prognosis of such pediatric patients.
